Paying bills has never been easier. With The Dime Bank’s free Bill Pay service, you can quickly and securely manage your payments from your computer or mobile device. Simply enroll, add the company or person you want to pay, and our Bill Pay system takes care of the rest. You’ll save money on stamps, time spent traveling to the post office, and benefit from encrypted security that protects your financial information.
Getting Started Is Easy
To use Bill Pay: Log in to your online banking account and click on Payments.
Not enrolled in Online Banking? Click the Login button at the top of the page and select Enroll Now.
With Bill Pay, You Can:
- View payment history
- Schedule payments and avoid late fees
- Pay friends with our Pay a Person feature
- Save time and money
Select “Manage Payments” to:
- Automatically schedule payments when a new electronic bill is received via the Biller Connect feature
- Set up Bill Pay alerts and reminders under My Account > Notifications
- Use Voice Bill Pay to pay bills using your Alexa‑enabled device
- Send a gift or a donation using the GiftPay feature

Voice Bill Pay (iPay QuickPay)
Voice Bill Pay through iPay QuickPay makes managing bills hands‑free, simple, and secure. With easy voice commands, you can pay bills like your cell phone, cable bill, or even person‑to‑person payments — all protected with a personal passcode.
Just Say:
“Alexa, start iPay QuickPay.”
What You Can Do with iPay QuickPay
- Make a payment
- Access your payment history
- Check scheduled payments
- List eligible payees previously added to your Bill Pay account
- Make person‑to‑person payments
You can make payments only to payees already added to your Bill Pay account.
How to Get Started with iPay QuickPay
1. Set Up Your Online Bill Pay Account
- Log in to your Dime On Line account
- Click the Payments link and complete the enrollment form
2. Add Alexa to Your Bill Pay Account
- Log in to your Dime On Line account
- Click Payments
- Select Manage Payments
- Click My Account
- Under Voice Bill Pay, select Add Alexa
- Answer the challenge phrase questions
- Enter your credentials and submit
3. Link Your Account in the Alexa App
- Open the Alexa app on your mobile device
- Search for the iPay QuickPay skill and select Enable
- Enter the credentials you created in Bill Pay
- Create a 4‑digit PIN (used each time you launch iPay QuickPay)
- Select I Agree, Link Account to finish
Then simply say: “Alexa, start iPay QuickPay.”
Making Payments with Alexa
Just tell Alexa:
- The payee name
- The payment amount
- The payment date
iPay QuickPay will handle the rest.
