How to Enter:
You can enter in-person at our Dingmans Ferry branch or through USPS. Ensure your entry is submitted during the designated timeframe:
From January 2nd to 25th 2025, you can enter either in-person at our Dingmans Ferry branch or mail your entry to 824 Route 739, Dingmans Ferry PA 18328. Winners will be drawn the week of January 27th from all entries collected. The winner will be contacted directly by the phone number provided.
One entry permitted with a maximum of one prize awarded per individual.
1. Via an entry at our Dingmans Ferry branch location.
Visit The Dime Bank's Dingmans Ferry branch at 1824 Route 739, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 anytime between January 2nd and 25th to fill out an entry form for the drawing with a Dime Bank Universal Banker. The entry form must include the name and phone number of the entrant.
2. Via mailed in entry.
Write your first and last name, physical and mail address, phone number, and words “Enter to Win” on a blank piece of paper. Mail it to: The Dime Bank, Dingmans Ferry: 1824 Route 739, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328. Entries must be received by The Dime Bank by the timeframes stated above to be included in the drawing.
Write your first and last name, physical and mail address, phone number, and words “Enter to Win” on a blank piece of paper. Eligibility: The Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States of America and are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Void outside the U.S., in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law. Participants do not need to be customers of The Dime Bank. The winner must be able to personally pick up their prize at The Dime Bank's Dingmans Ferry branch during regular business hours or it will not be awarded. Acceptance of any prize by the winner constitutes permission for The Dime Bank to use winner’s name and photographic images for promotional purposes. The winners may not appoint substitute winners or assign the prize to anyone else. The Dime Bank reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All prizes may not be awarded. The Dime Bank reserves the right to discontinue the Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing or change the terms of the Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing at any time. No responsibility is assumed for limitations or unavailability of prize.
The Dime Bank employees, directors, and their parents, spouses, and children are not eligible to win.
How We Will Determine the Winner:
All eligible entry submissions will be combined and then chosen. The winners will be contacted via the phone number provided. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Limitation and Liability of Release: The Dime Bank, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, parents and subsidiaries, and the employees, officers and directors of all such parties, assume no responsibility or liability for, and all entrants agree to release and hold them harmless from and against, any damages, injuries, losses, claims or causes of action of any kind arising from participation in the Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing, the operation of the Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related event. The Dime Bank and its agencies, officers, and employees are not responsible for technical malfunctions, which may occur related to the Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing. No responsibility is assumed for limitations or unavailability of prize. Decisions of The Dime Bank, its agents, or employees in interpretation of these rules are final. All federal, state, and local laws apply, including information reporting requirements for federal income taxation of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any promotional materials, and terms and conditions stated in the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The Official Rules will be available on The Dime Bank's website at https://www.thedime.bank/official-rules and at the Dingmans Ferry branch as a hard copy. The Dime Bank reserves the right to discontinue the Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing or change the terms of the Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing at any time.
Listing of Winners: To receive a listing of prize winners, available after the Dingmans Ferry 20th Anniversary Drawing closing date, send a stamped self-addressed envelope with a note requesting the list of winners to: The Dime Bank c/o Marketing Department, PO Box 509, Honesdale PA 18431.
